Fix iCloud Sync
Fixing slow or never ending iCloud Upload. Just a few notes from me get synced to other devices. The most notes are never synced and just get tagged with the Upload arrow.
We’re happy to announce that we have finally found a fix for the issues with iCloud. Apple’s engineers confirmed that there was a bug with the GoodNotes folder in their own system.
After updating to version 4.11.11, which is available as an update on the App Store, you should be able to quickly sync all your changes and notebooks across all of your devices again.
We want to take the chance to say sorry again to everyone that was affected by the problems. Thank you so much for staying with us during these hard times!

What is the period of renewal subscription of Goodnotes? The renewal of the payment is it monthly, yearly or when the application is updated?
Goodnote takes forever to sync. I cannot open my doc.
GoodNotes not syncing with MacBook.
It is not working for me as well. After editing a note on the mac it will not be synchronized to the ipad pro. Please help!!
Still not working for me. I was really hoping that after getting out of the ios11 beta, and into the public version that it would fix the iCloud glitch. I’m planning on reaching out to them tomorrow. Back to using inkflow.

iCloud synchronisation is still not working properly for me when using GoodNotes on iMac and iPad:
(1) Create new GoodNotes notebook or update existing notebook on iMac / iCloud
(2) OK: See immediate update on MacBook
(3) Delayed on iPad: see new notebook or updates only after a delay which more than an hour
Any suggestions for this problem?
Lost some notes after updating, any way I can get them back? They are NOT in my backup iCloud.
Well done. It works now and I am switching back to GoodNotes. This feature was very important to me. Thanks a lot for getting it sorted

Hi Don, it will be sufficient to download the iOS version. This will fix the issue with iCloud and your notebooks should sync fine with the mac version as well.
Sorry guys but the updated version is NOT available on Mac App Store....

Why this problem is not fixed yet?? I bought the Mac version and is totally useless. I need the sync feature to study and work and the developer has been fixing this for 7 months and nothing?

GoodNotes' iCloud support is terrible.
I've got two devices. Both use iCloud for a huge number of apps. All of them seem to work perfectly... except GoodNotes. The data sets look nothing like each other. Sync isn't happening *at. all.*
How could you screw up such a basic feature that every other developer implements fine? And then not fix it for *at least five months?*
Is this fixed yet!?
This is simply ridiculous!!! Very upsetting... :(

Does anyone whose work depends on GoodNotes have a strategy you can share for "bullet-proofing" your data, pending a fix from the developer? Thanks
Does anyone have a good alternative to this app? Ive been using it for 5 years now but these issues are absolutely killing me. I use this app daily for work. I hate to leave but my work life cannot continue to disrupted this badly!

Hi guys, to be honest the syncing is a real pain. I was ready to use GoodNotes as tool of choice since the usability is the best. Unfortunately the sync problems destroy all the good that has the app.
As far as I can tell the update today didn't fix this problem !!
