Removal of Bookmark Icon not Welcome
To make space for the microphone/recording icon (perhaps for the sake of symmetry) the bookmark icon was removed. There is now no visual feedback of for a page being bookmarked.
One on hand, I use this feature with my planner to add the current week to favorites for a quick retrieval. On the other hand I will never use the recording feature.
My dismay at this new development is self evident and so is my wish for a future positive resolution for my quandry.63 votes -
Want Norwegian language to be recognized in handwriting or skrible.
Want more language to be recognized in order to get more use out of the app. It would be more practical to have more languages available for equal access and use. It’s harder to use the app when you are limited to use only part of the features available.

Improve Audio recording
I love this new feature added to GoodNotes 5. It can become better by:
1. Syncing the page with the audio, which is by showing the number of the current page in which the recording is being played.
2. Adding the ability to Rename the Audio Files.
3. Adding the ability to export the Audio Files.
4. Recording pixel by pixel which results in smoother writing when recording is replayed.60 votes -
Fit Ruler to squared and dotted paper templates
Two dots on the dotted paper templates are a little over 1.1 cm apart on the ruler. It would be great for drawing graphs if they are 1 cm apart, so the templates fit the ruler. The same issue applies to the squared paper.

Sticky Notes
We would really like to make a sticky notes that moves with the text in it . The sticky note available now only lets you to write over it, but when you want to move it , only the sticker will move, or you should select all the text which may take the text under it also. So it is better to have like a really sticky note

Doing rough Work with laser pen on document is good as a part of learning process

Double page viewing
I created this good notes account just for the purpose of 2 page viewing. we need to be able to have both open on screen at the same time. Aallow us to be in one window-> one pdf->able to have 2 pages (ex. page 3 and 4, then swipe right to left and we see pages 5 and 6...) showing, in landscape view, at the exact same time, same like reading a book. It is very critical feature. It is NOT same as split screen feature. Example is shown in the picture

Improve Audio Recording Feature
I love the new audio recording feature but find a few issues with it and potential improvements.
1. Once you’ve recorded, to play a recording it plays the first ever recording and you need to find the spot for your latest one. I think it would be more logical to automatically play the latest recording, especially for people with large notebooks who don’t want to skip through hundreds of previous audio recordings.

More folder colors
Why are there just 9 colors for the folders and not Infinite numbers of colors as it is for the normal papers in Goodnotes 6.
It’s very difficult to keep the folders separate by itself you should add this feature.12 votes
